How do I track my order? Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can also log into your account to see your order status.
What is your return policy? We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Products must be unused and in original packaging. Email support to start a return.
Do you ship outside the UK? Currently we ship only to UK addresses. We are working on international options.
My device is not working – what should I do? First, check the manual and our online troubleshooting guides. If the issue continues, contact us and we will arrange a replacement under our 2-year guarantee.
